Premier David Alward says a pipeline from Western Canada into New Brunswick is still under discussion.
    Alward made the remark yesterday in Halifax at the end of a meeting of the premiers and territorial leaders on a national energy
strategy.
    At the closing news conference, the premier made an argument for a pipeline going east, saying it would be a nation builder.
    He says a business case has to be made for a pipeline into the Maritimes, but discussions are ongoing.
