Diesel users are feeling the greatest pain with the latest price postings from the Energy and Utilities Board. The EUB has upped the price ceiling on diesel by 2.9 cents to a dollar and 35.4 cents per litre. Regular self-serve gas prices, which jumped nearly five cents a litre last week, are up by a penny this morning to a dollar and 31 cents.
