One person is expected in court at a later date after an overnight vehicle-pedestrian accident in Fredericton's downtown. City police say they were called around 1:30am Friday when a man was hit by a car; the pedestrian suffered only minor injuries and wasn't taken to hospital, but the driver didn't stop. Police say the car was found shortly afterwards, and the driver was arrested for impaired driving.
