A 35-year-old man was found dead in the Nashwaak River last night.  Rescue teams, including city fire and police marine units, the dive team as well as York Sunbury Search and Rescue had been looking for the man since yesterday afternoon. Police received an emergency call that two males in the river were in distress. When they arrived on scene, they were able to guide one young male safely to shore, but lost sight of the other. The investigation surrounding the death and the incident in general continues however, foul play is not suspected. An autopsy is expected later in the week.
