Some homeowners in Fredericton's Southwood Park are encouraging their neighbours to get up to speed on a large development proposed for the area. The matter is expected to come before the city's planning advisory committee Wednesday night. The proposal is for a mix of single family homes, townhouses, and condominium buildings adding up to close to 400 units. There has long been a plan to develop the land. The map indicates Wetmore Rd., Chandler Dr. and Bliss St. will all be extended. Eric Cassidy lives on Chandler.
