The search of a vessel at the port of Belledune has led a child pornography charge against one of its crewmembers. The Canada Border Services Agency says the man has appeared in court, charged with smuggling child porn; the agency says five video files with the offensive material were discovered on an external computer hard drive. A news release from CBSA identifies the suspect as Michael Mendoza, but doesn't say where he or the vessel came from.
