Album Review

Blessid Union of Souls' eponymous second album expands on the sound of their debut Home, finding the group falling halfway between adult contemporary urban-pop and grittier soul and rock. Although the album suffers from some undistinguished material, the best songs -- including "I Wanna Be There" and "Light In Your Eyes" -- are winners, making Blessid Union of Souls a stellar second record.
